Compensation is the best thing that happened to me at Juniper, including stock options.
The hike cycle and increase are good, but I haven't received one since my tenure is less than one year.
The project I worked on was horrible, nothing related to what I was interviewed.

The interview was based on experience, followed by a technical interview, HR, etc. Based on that, an in-person interview or web conferencing happened. Read through the whole profile, and the interviewers were technically sound enough.
