- The Bangalore team is not doing much development work; they are just into support. The Sunnyvale team handles everything.
- Each big system started with a workaround concept. They did workarounds every time and built a whole system, so they ended up with no deep design document. They have just a system overview document on a wiki, so you will not understand much about system internals.
- Hire and fire employees wisely.
