  2. Here is how they work:
  • Hire an employee with a good technical skill set.
  • Assign them a task that truly utilizes their skills.
  • At the end of the probation period, if they are not satisfied, you will be fired with one week's notice.
  1. The Bangalore team is not doing much development work; they are just into support. The Sunnyvale team handles everything.
  2. Each big system started with a workaround concept. They did workarounds every time and built a whole system, so they ended up with no deep design document. They have just a system overview document on a wiki, so you will not understand much about system internals.
Advice to Management
  1. Hire and fire employees wisely.
