Work and learning are good.
- No good hikes are given once you cross 25 LPA as fixed.
- High-level politics for promotion.
- No matter what you do, there is no appreciation and recognition.
- Stop doing politics and keep your individual contributors happy.
- For every individual hard worker, there is at least some appreciation or recognition. Focus on that.
- Promotions are always delayed. If no promotion, at least give some good hikes to those who deserve it most.

The interview process was very good. I faced three technical rounds and then one manager round. After clearing all these rounds, the HR round happened. The total complete process was very good.
