Full of low-quality people now, as most of the good folks left due to inefficient upper management. Lots of infighting between teams, and hard work is not appreciated. Only if you are clever and good at politics can you survive here. So keep away and save yourself from regret.
Focus on work rather than the noise that useless people make to cover up their not doing any substantial work.
