Very good company. Good work culture. Lots of cultural and sports activities to participate in.
Too many long-timers, and it's difficult to get past them for anything, be it getting good work or getting good recognition. Individual/career growth depends a lot on these people. Managers/leaders are biased. If good work is done by long-timers, they are treated like stars, and if a relatively new person does any good work, it doesn't even get acknowledged, forget about getting recognition.
Heavy reliance on old-timers/legacy resources is not good for overall work culture.
Managers think they can get away with anything. There should be a way to review behavior and work done by managers by the rest of the team.

Extremely unprofessional interview process. The interviewer isn't capable of evaluating and has very poor technical understanding. They scheduled three rounds back-to-back but took only one, despite confirming that there would be three rounds no matt
Interviews held according to the candidate's convenience, with very polite and good hospitality for interview attendees. Once in the interview, the questions won't be easy; you will almost get confused and think if you know even a little of what you
