Two rounds:

1: Interview on Hirevue where technical, essay, behavioral questions were asked. It included a program to write.

2: Interview with the AI head at King. He was pretty happy with my first round interview so he didn't ask programming-related questions. He only asked AI-related stuff.

Pros: + Great work and life balance, and crunch time is really weird. + Everyone working in the company is super nice and easy going, which is really nice. + Nice benefits + The work environment is great. + Code quality is important. + Games played by millions of people everyday.

Cons: Most of the games use the company engine, but it's too open and makes teams repeat the same process over and over when a new game is created. Make sure you negotiate well the salary when joining, and forget about significant increases. I believe that the top management team doesn't really know what is going on in the company. Zero risk when approaching new games, which kills the creativity. It all goes around Candy Franchise, which also kills the creativity.
