Pros: Good salary, culture, good people, and good values

Cons: Too much politics, and no many possibilities for a good career plan.

Pros: The work space is good there.

Cons: Ask for weekend work sometimes.

Pros: Very talented, friendly, helpful, and supportive people. Very growth-oriented culture with people in the center. As a developer, I was given freedom, but also support to work very independently. I could always rely on other developers for feedback and brainstorming. Knowledge is very proactively shared by the developer within the studio. As a Tech Lead, I was trusted and listened to. I felt that my opinions mattered and that I could influence decision-making at the studio. I was also well trusted to make the technical decisions for my team, even more risky ones as long as I could back them up with facts.

Cons: More thought and time should be given to the sustainability of technical decisions, and bad ones should be addressed faster and more vigorously. This one is already being addressed, so I trust it won't be a con for long. (Disclaimer: I would write the same for any company still employing a traditional annual performance management cycle.) The performance review process is too heavy.
