You first have to complete a recorded interview where you answer nine pre-recorded questions, two of which are simple coding exercises. After this, the recruiter will review your answers and decide if you can proceed to the next step.
The next step consists of four interviews, each 45 minutes in length, with developers at the studio you're applying to. Questions will revolve around your past projects and general C++ topics (pointers, abstraction, memory management, etc.). The interviewers are all very nice and create a friendly environment.
Once you've finished the interviews, you'll receive a call from the recruiter letting you know whether you got the position or not.
