Pros: Very talented, friendly, helpful, and supportive people. Very growth-oriented culture with people in the center. As a developer, I was given freedom, but also support to work very independently. I could always rely on other developers for feedback and brainstorming. Knowledge is very proactively shared by the developer within the studio. As a Tech Lead, I was trusted and listened to. I felt that my opinions mattered and that I could influence decision-making at the studio. I was also well trusted to make the technical decisions for my team, even more risky ones as long as I could back them up with facts.

Cons: More thought and time should be given to the sustainability of technical decisions, and bad ones should be addressed faster and more vigorously. This one is already being addressed, so I trust it won't be a con for long. (Disclaimer: I would write the same for any company still employing a traditional annual performance management cycle.) The performance review process is too heavy.

Pros: Amazing place to work. Friendly and focused people. Great values and dedication to them. Opportunities to work in offices around the globe.

Cons: Vague avenues for progression. Vague remuneration system. Basically no negotiation on pay reviews, which makes your starting offer very important.

Pros: We had health insurance and ticket restaurants.

Cons: Sometimes we had too much bureaucracy.
