I applied through the company website in January. Then I went through a series of interviews until I reached the onsite interviews in Stockholm, around March. The interviews revolved around your ability to work in a team, mostly. Questions were asked, trying to assess both your personal and technical skills, but mostly in the format of a dialogue. You got to ask lots of questions of the interviewers, but not in a stressful way (e.g., "Do you have any questions for me?"). Instead, questions flowed naturally.
Around the middle of the process, I was asked to take a technical test at home, which consisted of writing a game in C++ using a given engine. Later, the technical interview was based on that. This was a welcome change from the "write code on the spot" kind of tests.
The whole process was very smooth, with lots of feedback from the HR department. Response times were reasonably fast.
Mostly about experience and attitude.
Like reflecting about a time you experienced failure and how you dealt with it.
Other questions were related to your experience with different technologies or products, even about open-source-related work.
