Fantastic company and culture
Great people and good cooperation between game and tech teams. The company as a whole is very driven for acceptance and diversity, and the culture is very open and fun. In my time here I have never experienced any overtime or crunch even with somewhat tight schedules (I can only speak for the Stockholm offices).
There is a cemented idea in management that it is always better to use old and trusted tech, even if the teams have other preferences or suggestions that they want to try or use. This stance is hard to change, even if there clearly are benefits to it.
Accept fresh ideas and tech, and listen to the game teams.
