Pros: Always learning new things and platforms, and not getting bored. Good career architecture outlines. Limited siloing. Reasonable workload. Colleagues who are happy to educate and answer questions.

Cons: Transparency of information makes it hard to keep up and identify what is important to your role, which can easily get you overwhelmed.

Pros: Some fun projects and some great coworkers.

Cons: Leadership shutting down conversation about benefit cuts was the moment the culture died for me. People were having an open discussion in an off-topic channel, asking questions and sharing feelings about benefit cuts that had been shared in a poorly worded email two days before taking effect. None of the comments crossed the line or were in any way unprofessional. They were discussions about benefits and work conditions, but because there was a layer of negativity (as there would be with any TC cut) leadership got uncomfortable and went to people's managers to stop the conversation. Over my time here there have been a lot of decisions I disagreed with, but could live with and commit to. This is different; for the first time, I am ashamed to work here.

Pros: Overall, people are nice, dependable, and smart (team dependent). There is lots of food and good benefits. R&D is open to experimenting with AI workflows (to a fault sometimes), but overall it is good for career growth.

Cons: Management is obsessed with shipping changes without regard for evaluating products and understanding if customers want them. Churn rate is increasing, so teams feel unstable.
