The interview process was quite hectic, with approximately 7 or 8 rounds. I personally felt the questions were repetitive. The hiring process could benefit from some improvements. For me, having the hiring manager interview me twice didn't make sense.
Here is the interview process:
FYI, this last round was with the same person and was the same type of interview as the one I spoke about initially. This particular last round didn't make sense as it was all repetitive. During this hiring manager round, they also asked questions on system design and to evaluate my thoughts. They asked all the questions we had already discussed at the beginning.
Overall, the process could have been better, but I enjoyed the interview. I was eventually offered a job. However, I had to decline as I had accepted another offer.
I was asked more leadership and technical questions. For example:
Tell me about a situation where...
The questions are followed by what, why, how, where, what you did, and so on. They try to cover everything possible.
Just be ready with your answers. Overall, if you are good at explaining your thoughts or your previous experiences, you will definitely nail the interview. Good luck.
