Process
I spoke to one of the engineers for about 30 minutes. I learned about the position and told him about myself – a pretty straightforward conversation.
It was a casual interview, but I was ultimately rejected because my graduation date is too late.

Lead Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Great onboarding experience that sets you up for success. Was very excited to join the Klaviyo Engineering org and my experience has been in-line with what the interview led me to expect. Great people to work with, with no egos and constantly striving for improvement. Great benefits and culture as well.
Cons: The initial period can be a little overwhelming, especially when remote. It is not at all a unique problem to have, but management is aware and receptive to feedback based on individual experience.
