Great onboarding experience that sets you up for success. Was very excited to join the Klaviyo Engineering org and my experience has been in-line with what the interview led me to expect. Great people to work with, with no egos and constantly striving for improvement. Great benefits and culture as well.
The initial period can be a little overwhelming, especially when remote. It is not at all a unique problem to have, but management is aware and receptive to feedback based on individual experience.
