1st Interview: * Recruiter Screen * 1:1 w/ Senior Eng (45 mins) * CodeSignal Technical (90 mins) Final Round: * Coding Collab w/ Senior Eng (1 hr) * 1:1 w/ Director (30 mins) * Coding Collab w/ Senior Eng (1 hr) * 1:1 w/ Hiring Manager (45 mins)
HR call, async tech screen, hiring manager convo, virtual onsite. Mostly a fair process that was pretty practical. The team was generally very nice. You have to get a certain distance in the technical screen on the onsite stage to get an offer.
