Pros: Great onboarding experience that sets you up for success. Was very excited to join the Klaviyo Engineering org and my experience has been in-line with what the interview led me to expect. Great people to work with, with no egos and constantly striving for improvement. Great benefits and culture as well.

Cons: The initial period can be a little overwhelming, especially when remote. It is not at all a unique problem to have, but management is aware and receptive to feedback based on individual experience.

Pros: - Super flexible working hours - Remote positions - Cool technical projects

Cons: - Would like to see expanded benefits such as child-care

Pros: Organized, profitable, and well-respected engineers; top talent; and friendly.

Cons: Monolithic and somewhat dated tech that's slow to change (it works, don't break it) -- but it does change! Not a fast-paced start-up running on the latest and greatest everything, but very interested in moving forward at a steady pace.
