Strong culture, smart people, mostly nice, and good benefits.
Strong corporate vibes after Series D, and the culture became less open and more IPO-driven.
Just had a take-home assessment with 5 questions and a dataset. Asked to get results for the complex questions using pandas. Some of the questions were complex but solvable. The last question was open-ended, asking about the tools used.
Started with an HR phone screen. I have a 30-minute interview with the VP of Data Science. The interview was two parts: * Refactoring some code. * Going through your resume (also, maybe code on your GitHub if you provided a link).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. Three back-to-back rounds: 1 HM, 1 ML, 1 Spark. The first round is 45 mins, the other two are 1h. No LeetCode coding. Answer questions and discuss more based on the materials they provide.
