Process

The first round was the technical round. There were 2 interviewers. Questions on my previous company's projects were asked, OOPS concepts, and one program and question on Java Reflections.

The second round was managerial/HR. Basic questions like why do you want to switch, and other basic questions were asked.

Overall, the interview was very easy.

HR and ER cases are seldom responded to in a timely manner, and retaliation for reaching out to HR regarding the workplace is rampant as well.
