Overall a good company with good products.
Mostly boring documentation work is being done.
First, there's an HR interview, very short, to walk them through your research. Next was an informal manager phone interview, and last was the onsite interview: a 30-minute presentation followed by a 2-30 minute interview with more managers. Overall,
3 hours of interview in total, including 1 hour of presentation. The first hour is behavior questions; the second hour is technical questions. Need to stay patient during the 3 hours of interview.
Asked several basic questions on designing a dumbbell, its material, machining, and if it is used for heat transfer. Then presented current work projects, the problem statement, design requirements, and how the decision was made.
