Location Snacks Salary that is ok
One of the amazing things about this company is how people can survive with 0 technical skills.
Another amazing thing is that some highly technical people can be put so much behind the train, I guess only to make people upfront feel good about themselves.
This company has so many flaws in their processes, but no one wants to hear it. Middle management pretends that everything is under control because they simply do not want to be in the bad spot. I would best describe the atmosphere in the company as in the movie "The Truman Show" where the CEO of Lending Club can be compared to Truman Burbank, the main character of the movie.
CEO and investors need to watch the movie "The Truman Show", realize that they are in the role of Truman, wake up, and take a course of action.
- Very professional company. - Unlike most recruiters, my recruiter actually got back to me in reasonable time to let me know I did not make it. This helps when you have to make decisions. - People are very reasonable. - Lunch with other associates,
Most of the interviewers are nice and smart people, and the questions are all good, valid questions. One thing that confused me was two interviewers asked me the same question, and their answers were completely opposite.
I gave my resume to a college career fair. A recruiter contacted me a few weeks later asking me to set up a technical phone screen. The phone screen was 45 minutes long, which included writing code in CoderPad. It focused on basic data structures. Kn
