Overall, I found the interview process very enjoyable.
The interview process started with a recruiter call to explain the role and interview process.
The next stage was a chat with an engineering manager. This was nice to be able to ask about the tech stack, tools, and processes. This gave me a good sense of what the day-to-day work would look like.
This was followed by a small technical interview. The problem didn't take much time to go through and was clearly explained. I thought it was a fair difficulty level for a senior engineer.
The next stage was a remote "on-site" consisting of 3 technical interviews throughout the day. Each felt like a fair assessment and was clearly explained. There was 1 additional engineering fit interview, which ended up being a really nice chat about the role, my past experience, and a great place to ask lots of questions.
During the whole process, there were check-ins from the recruiters to explain the next steps, so I could come properly prepared for each interview.
What is a tough technical challenge you've solved?
