I was contacted by a recruiter from LinkedIn, and HR asked several Java questions. I then had a phone interview with the hiring manager and passed.
Next, I went to an onsite interview on the second day. Each interview had two interviewers (I think one senior and one junior), which surprised me a little bit because I've never seen that situation before. The interview questions were mostly algorithm and coding-related, not overly difficult for any senior engineer. Unfortunately, I got stuck on one question (related to a recursive function), became a little anxious, and then one interviewer complained that my attitude was very bad.
Done.
