Recently, I was interviewed with this company. I had high expectations, but it seems the interviewer was a fresher. On the first phone interview, he started to ask theoretical questions, like definitions of some terms, as if I were a fresh college graduate. I was astonished and got confused. Though I answered the data structures problems, I was sure I wasn't going to go further with this company.
I think they need to give some kind of training to their interviewers. And they should leave their ego at the door before coming for an interview. He may be an amazing engineer, but anyone can make a mistake at any time, no matter how good you are.
