Contacted via LinkedIn, there were some scheduling issues, so the process took 4 weeks.
Two people conducted my interview: a senior and a junior. The senior interviewer was late and only joined for the last 15 minutes. The junior developer had been with the company for just over 2 months, which was a bit unusual as they were not very articulate. The LinkedIn profiles they sent were different from the people who actually conducted the interview.
There was no actual contact with HR beyond email exchanges. Essentially, they treat candidates like an assembly line.
