The process begins with an exploratory call from the recruiter. During this call, the details of the open position, the fitment, and the expectations are discussed.

Following the call, the recruiter sends an email explaining the several rounds of interviews. Hints are provided for preparing well for these interviews.

Thereafter, the process is swift. As per the availability shared by the interviewer, interviews are promptly scheduled without any delay. The interviews then take place.

Interviewers are very cordial and professional. It was a good experience with both the recruiters and the interviewers.
