Software Engineer Interview Experience - Mountain View, California

A LinkedIn recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn.
I had two HR phone calls, during which they asked very standard questions.
Following those were two 45-minute technical phone interviews, which were relatively easy.
Then came the on-site interview, consisting of five rounds.
After passing all those, I had one last phone call with the team manager.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and smooth interview process. The LinkedIn HRs and interviewers were very professional and friendly. HR usually responded within 2-3 days.
The work environment appears very good!
I would definitely apply again if I weren't already employed!

Health insurance is so-so at best: high premiums and low coverage. Also, there are no stock rewards at the year-end review unless you are in a senior leadership role. That's shocking, given that all the companies competing for talent here give stock rewards to their rank-and-file employees.
