Software Engineer (QA Engineer) Interview Experience - United States

Process

I applied through a recruiter on LinkedIn. The process was pretty fast.

She got back to me quickly and directly scheduled a phone interview with an engineer on their test team. (I was actually told there would be two interviewers, but only one was on the line).

The interviewer was terrible and showed no genuine interest in gauging my capabilities. It felt like she was reading from a teleprompter.

We had dead silence for over 30 minutes while I was trying to solve the coding question over Collabedit.

Questions
