The first round covered basic computer concepts and coding on a notepad.
They asked about network fundamentals, TCP, and so on.
The coding part, I think they need to find a better way to assess when hiring senior people.

Computer Fundamentals like what is networking, TCP, etc.
Coding: They asked me to write a code from scratch on notepad. I could not remember the syntax, etc. I had to say I could not proceed as they wanted with syntax, etc., and that I was rusty.
