Like any Silicon Valley company, the 40-hour workweek is a relic of a bygone era. Although I see higher-ups sometimes go to bat for people being able to go home at a decent hour or take a vacation without work emergencies cropping up.

The biggest challenge is how quickly the company is growing. Making sure some departments don't outgrow others and that important communication doesn't get lost in the sea of new faces is crucial.
