Join here only if you are a full-time employee to enjoy all the perks of the company. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend not to.
There's a lot of distinction between contractors and full-time employees.
No invite for any outdoor parties. No invite for even parties inside your cafeteria. No participation in any events happening on the floor.
Please treat full-time employees and contractors equally. Even they work for your company.
