- Depending on the team you're placed in, it could make or break you.
- You will wear a lot of hats. Engineers are sometimes stuck doing data analysis for weeks on end, or acting as product managers and coming up with product features.
- There is lots of self-starting if that's what you enjoy; you will be told to find your own work.
- Product managers are never responsive and are spread very thin.
- Upper crust engineers are exceedingly difficult to ask for help or questions, and you will feel the power dynamic. It's not a pleasant or collaborative environment whatsoever.
