Pros

Decent pay, remote-work support, and a good company mission.

Cons

No raises or RSU refreshers for most in the last year (even for RSU cliffs).

Remote-work support eroding toward RTO.

Constantly changing priorities, clueless leadership.

Advice to Management

Remember when LinkedIn's CEO clearly and publicly stated in 2022 how LinkedIn trusts its employees to work wherever works best for them and their teams? That's when we all felt trusted, empowered, and motivated. Find that trust again, and trust it.

Lose the CTO who clearly has no idea what he's doing or how to relate to any of the ICs who report into him.

Stop trying to do increasingly more with less. You're overloading and overstressing your talent, who no longer feel like any sort of priority to the company despite its continuing empty words otherwise.
