Pros

The management embraces great values — and doesn't just pay lip service, but really means them. Amongst these are:

  • Take intelligent risks — it's okay to make mistakes and learn from them, much better than not having tried.
  • Transformation of self — realizing that LinkedIn probably won't be your last job, and hence helping you become ever better at what you do, to improve your future career when you eventually decide to move on.
  • Valuing talent highly — recognizing and rewarding good work.
Cons

Willingness to adopt new ideas varies across the organization. Some departments are awesomely dynamic; others are more resistant to change.

Advice to Management

Continue to stick to your values. They work well.
