As the company grows fast, some new middle managers are not caught up or adapted to the culture and still bring their past management styles in. This should change.
Continue to believe that employees are important. It was sad to see Mr. David Henke, SVP, leave recently, but he made a big statement during his farewell, saying that "employees are the number one priority" at this company. I hope whomever takes his place continues with this culture.
