LinkedIn has an amazing NCG program. Recent grads will benefit from their onboarding resources and "Startin'" program. My team is excellent. The average age is very low (~25), and the work environment is relaxed but driven. LinkedIn is extremely focused on career growth. My second one-on-one was all about how to start on the promotion track and grow as a dev.
