It used to be a top company, but not anymore after it was acquired by MS
Good culture and team. Smart people. Can find enough work to do, but still have work-life balance. The scale of the company is a plus compared with big guys such as FANG.
After the stock sank, compensation is not on the top anymore.
After being acquired by MS, more and more smart people are leaving.
Keep operating independently from MS.
