Many of the managers lack strong technical expertise and tend to rely solely on theoretical knowledge rather than understanding the real challenges employees face. They often treat employees unfairly, creating a hostile work environment. There have even been disturbing incidents where managers have taken employees to parking lots and issued threats, further contributing to a toxic atmosphere.
