Pros

Benefits only, nothing else other than extraordinary benefits.

Cons

Leadership, such as TC, has been getting too political with the wars overseas and has built a divide among two different religions within LinkedIn. That animosity is not needed, and he needs to post his political beliefs on a different platform rather than LinkedIn, where he is representing the company as an executive. Horrible work-life balance, literally horrible. No new and exciting features. Terrible product leadership. They just do trial and error and have no idea what they are doing. They get frustrated when it doesn't work, and then layoff.

Advice to Management

Next time, start with getting rid of VPs. A thousand reorgs are not going to fix this. You need a complete restructure of management first.
