Good company, but lack of growth
Food is of high standard and it's free. The 401k has a good match rate. There are two company shutdowns in a year (July 4th and Christmas).
Sinking ship. The member engagement growth doesn't look good.
Haven't made a breakthrough product in many years. Also, the company is moving more and more teams to India to save costs. Layoffs have become routine since October 2023.
