Great large company to work for, with smart folks
- Culture: they care about employee development and wellbeing.
- They are ethically oriented.
- Very competitive benefits and compensation.
- Culture: do things the best way, open to change.
- Transparency.
- Good mobility (not including now, during the downturn of the economy).
- Big companies are difficult to change and hard to impact.
- In engineering, they have a velocity problem. They're trying to fix it.
- Their mission is to save the world and be awesome, but there is little cultural acknowledgment of the manner in which users are the product.
