Pros

Some pros include the cooperative, encouraging, and ennobling culture. Compensation is fair to generous, complemented by many great perks, such as free meals, well-stocked break rooms, and a nice workout facility. Quality leadership and management come from managers and officers who value employees and strive to help them be successful.

Cons

The rapidness of LinkedIn's growth has not been without its pains.

I believe the majority of the employee population has less than two years of experience with the company.

Some processes have scaled better than others.

Advice to Management

Create more opportunities and support for movement between specialities and organizations (e.g., engineering to marketing and vice versa).
