Process

The interview process was very quick. I applied and two days later I got a response. My interview was scheduled one week after. It was over the phone.

One of the interviewers was very kind. He/she tried their best to understand what I was trying to explain. He/she did this by restating the question, paraphrasing what I had just explained, and even asking follow-up questions to really understand my answer.

Overall, I noticed this is how Lowe's teaches every interview should be performed.

Questions

How would you explain to a team member that you will be doing a time study and, therefore, need to watch them work?

How would you go about putting together a flowchart?

What are some safety concerns you would be on the lookout for when walking on the production floor? (Note: Lowe's distribution centers are trying to build a very strong culture of safety; therefore, this is a very important question)

Tell me about two situations in your daily life in which you have done something to improve safety.

Tell me about something you have learned recently on your own initiative and how long it took you.
