I applied through a referral. HR called me for a face-to-face interview.
Before attending the interview, I went through the Glassdoor reviews. Most of the reviews were negative, and I was expecting to have a nice interview experience with Lowe's, but everything turned negative.
First of all, I had to wait for almost 40 minutes after reaching the venue.
Only one round of the interview was done on the same day, and I was confused whether that was a technical or HR interview, LOL.
The interviewer looked very casual and was not in the mood to take the interview.
He asked about my projects and some theoretical questions based on web technologies. When it came to data structures and algorithms, the interviewer himself was on the back foot. He asked me about typical sorting algorithms (again, only theoretical, LOL). When I went in-depth on the topic, he skipped it and started asking useless HR questions like current and expected CTC (he was behaving like an HR,
Personally, I wouldn't recommend any good developer to attend an interview at that place.
I can say that was the worst interview experience ever.
