If you are not interested in hiring, don't set up interview sessions. I had an hour-long interview with two senior members of the team who didn't bother to switch on their cameras for the first 30 minutes. Towards the end, it was more of an entertainment session for them as they laughed. Even if a candidate is not a good fit, such experiences really humiliate and demotivate the candidate. Not at all a good company to work for if they have such members on the team with considerable experience, behaving rudely and in such a way with a candidate. Just a friendly advice: If 5 + 3 = 8, then 5 + 1 + 2 is also 8! There can be a different approach to your answer.
