Most unfair interview process, which they don't care about improving.
HR called me for screening and scheduled the interview almost a month later.
On the first round, the interviewer shared a link to an online IDE that didn't work and crashed frequently. I completed the code anyhow, with the IDE crashing multiple times.
Second round was a live coding session. The IDE was shared by the interviewer. I started coding, but again it crashed 4-5 times. The interviewer also didn't care about the fact that the IDE didn't work. After the interview session, I informed the HR about the issue, and they rejected my profile.

Closure, Hoisting in Javascript.
Basic problem-solving like string reverse, remove duplicates from an array.
