Toxic environment and high expectations ruin the experience
Facilities here are good, although not on par with top companies. Good insurance, cab facility, and 2 days WFO.
The work environment here has become very aggressive. Management expects us to work unrealistically high. They have very high expectations of the amount of work they expect us to deliver. It is like Amazon style work with not even half the salary.
They are doing silent layoffs by putting employees on a PIP and eventually firing them.
This used to be a good company earlier, but it is a very toxic place now.
Colleagues talk bad behind your back while smiling at you. They play a lot of politics that causes a lot of mental torture.
Please slow down, treat people like humans, and don't torture them.
