Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interviewer was foreign and did not communicate his questions very well.

Overall, I did not particularly enjoy this process. It was not very personable due to the age difference, but I would recommend reviewing Android development prior to your interview.

Controls Engineer • Current Employee

Newark, California, United States

August 22, 2022

Pros: The company is excellent. The management is also good. People actually know what they are doing. Just like every startup, it is very hectic sometimes. Many people usually stay until late, and that is a good thing in this declining economic condition.

Cons: Long working hours and high workload, especially if you are coming from a well-established company in the Midwest.

Great design, poor production execution, very political management

Engineer • Former Employee

Newark, Ohio, United States

Pros: Great start-up environment, focused on designing.

Cons: Great design plus poor production divided by dwindling orders multiplied by power-hungry management equals a failing company, lucky to be propped up by the Saudi government. But for how long?
