Battery Cell Engineering Interview Experience - Newark, California

Process

Please read all the negative reviews before interviewing with them – they are pretty accurate. I had a phone call and two technical interviews.

Recruiters don’t want to listen about your experience and resume at all. During the second interview, one of the senior engineers interrupted me when I just started talking about my graduate school experience and straight jumped into other questions. Very hard technical questions that test your textbook knowledge and memory rather than your actual expertise.

Recruiters with PhDs are very bossy and expect you to answer every question just perfectly. Weird experience, I’ve never had anything like that before. Definitely trying too hard to be like Tesla.

Questions

Very specific questions regarding circuit analysis for EIS require very deep expertise to remember all the details.
