Body Controls Engineer Interview Experience

Process

The interview consists of 3 rounds:

  1. HR screening call.
  2. A 1.5-hour call with the hiring manager and two senior engineers. This consists of three back-to-back half-hour calls. (Each call can have multiple people.)
  3. Final round (I don't have much detail as I didn't reach this round).

My experience was rather tepid, as interviewers seemed unprofessional, were late, and seemed unprepared.

Questions

The technical difficulty was pretty average, but the questions were more inclined towards the job you are applying for (body controls in this case) rather than what you have done in the past. So, make sure you understand the job description thoroughly and prepare yourself accordingly.
